SHIPPING INFO - RETURN POLICIES - AND MORE....
| Returns: | No Returns on all wood construction material (ex. T & G, log siding, full log, half log, cants,... ) Prior authorization from Discount Log Home Supplies must be received before returning any merchandise. A return authorization number will be issued for tracking purposes. All returned items must be in new and saleable condition. There is a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise plus recovery fee for items shipped for free to customer. Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping. |

Returns must be requested within 30 days and must be delivered within 45 days to the origin from which it was shipped. (During the return authorization process you will be given this shipping address) Returns will not be accepted after 45 days. |

| When products are returned, your credit card will be credited for the returned amount, less any restocking and/or handling fees. If other payment method was used, refund will be made accordingly less any restocking, recovery fees and/or handling fees. | |||

| Lost or Short Shipment: | If you do not receive a complete order, please wait an additional 4 days before notifying Discount Log Home Supplies, as your order may have been seperated and delayed and by shipping carrier. If you have not received your complete order within 7-10 days, we will send a tracer to locate the missing portion of your order. | ||
| Damaged Shipment: | Discount Log Home Supplies is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise after it is delivered to or picked up by the carrier. Before accepting any shipment from a carrier, inpect it for external/internal damage, and report any damage to the carrier's agent within 24 hours. Follow the carrier's instructions. Then report any damage to Discount Log Home Supplies. We will work with you on ways to resolve the problem. Do not return any merchandise to us without authorization from Discount Log Home Supplies. | ||
